In the Jimmy Thomas Memorial what are the rules for protesting and is the protesting fee the same as it is during the regular season?

In the big race the protest fee is $600 and you must be in the top 3 protest. Why who you planning on protesting?

No one yet we gotta place in the top 3 first. I just thoguht in the Ground Hog there were some cars just going to fast for their respected class.
