I just wanted to get some opinions of why alot of people dont wanna come to lrs because The guy now Running the track (wren) has really turned the place around and is payin better than most local tracks and he still has no turn outs.. so i want some people to post some ideas that might help and let him know why some people dont wanna come so he could possibly change it or just to make the track better.. thanks  |

Thank u for your help kevin yea we would like to know why people don't come down to race if they would come and see for there self and forget what was in the past they would see that we have change it all the beating on car is not like that anymore.but till they come and see for there self and forget what people say and have said we will have to wait, the little river speedway officials
will do what we can to change there mind about what the track use to be

I believe its simply that people only remember what the track used to be like and it will always be assumed as such. What Wren is trying to do is certainly worthy of support.
Another thing is that there are other long time established tracks in a very close area that have been or currently are being run as correctly as they can be run.
Its hard to change a mind-set but hopefully Wren will be successful in a very short time.

I agree people remember the track for what it was not for what Wren is doing. Until folks get over it and come see for themselves the changes that Wren is making it won't get any better. As for the rule changes the weights in the limited is the only problem I see I have to add 100 pounds to come from Talladega to Little River Speedway; however I will continue to support Wren and the speedway as much as possible.
