track sale and nesmith

I was wondering a few things about the upcoming year. One is that I am hearing about the Nesmith sanction and was wondering is this a for sure deal or is it in negotiations or what??
Also was hearing at the end of last season and am still hearing that the track maybe sold or leased to someone else for the next season and was wondering if it is true orr is it not or is it in negotiations or what???

Guys, if you will check shelbycountyspeedway.net you will see that the track is ready for another season, and crate,late models WILL be sanctioned by Nesmith. Pay and entry $$$ are posted there. You may also find the link to the forum that the track is responding to this year. Hope to see you guys again this year, its been exciting running and watching you all.

Yes,we realize that but it was rumored it may be leased or sold furthermore possibly to Billy Franklin. I know I wouldn't have a problem with it but it would be great to know if it ever materialized or not.
