I was just wondering the reason behind running a two barrel on a street car

WELL THE REASON IS:
1. SPENT HOURS UPON HOURS TRYING TO KEEP THE FEILD OF CARS EQUAL, IN ORDER TO PUT IT BACK IN DRIVERS HANDS. 2. SPENT HOURS UPON HOURS TRYING TO MAKE SURE A BIG ENGINE CAN NOT SHOW UP AND BEAT LRS CARS AND FORCE THEM TO FORK OUT MONEY TO PROTEST. 3.SPENT HOURS AND HOURS MAKING ENGINE RULES AND WAS ABLE TO SHORTEN THEM UP WITH TWO WORDS TWO-BARREL. 4.I DONT MAKE THESE RULES TO HURT LRS LOCALS, I ONLY DO IT TO HELP THEM. IMCA IS THE BIGGEST STOCK CAR CLASS IN THE UNITED STATES WITH 900+ CARS RUNNING TWO BARRELS. THIS YEAR WHEN I ANNOUNCE A 3000 TO WIN IN STREET STOCK I HAVE A TWO CHOICES: 1. LEAVE IT AT 4 BARREL " BIG MOTORS USE ALL FOUR HOLES ALSO" MAKE THE 900+ CARS OUT THERE CHANGE CARBS AND INTAKES TO BE ABLE TO COME OR 2. MAKE IT TWO BARREL SO WHEN I ANNOUNCE THE RACE THE LOCALS ALREADY HAVE A ADVANTAGE BECAUSE OF RUNNING THIS SETUP ALL YEAR AND HAVE A HUGE CAR COUNT ALSO.

well the guys that run the IMCA class and travel around have $$$$$$$$$ people around here goto a junk yard and pull out a motor and put it in because they cant afford to build stroker motors and other stuff like those guys.. you can build 2 barrels that will out perform most 4 barrels especially quardrajet but us street drivers around here would have more money in a 2 barrel carb than we have in our motors... i have a front runnin car at the track every week.. and i have $350 dollars in my motor and i run up front. and people has come down there and had big motors and out run most locals with an illegal motor.. but when something unloads jarin the ground and rev's like a hobby car common sense says it aint legal... i say leave it a stock production carb rule no holleys no elderbrock cater,ect.. but people are gonna cheat with motors 2 barrel or 4 barrel that just my personal opinion... just be real strict on tech rules and enforce them..
