Carnesville,GA (Nov-10) In early March, as the 2009 FASTRAK Southern/Smokey Mtn/ Mid East Touring Series was set to kick off the 2009 campaign, the new season would be welcomed in much differently than in years past. While Greer SC’s Lee Cooper is no stranger to winning championships after winning the title in 2006 and 2008, the face of this year’s FASTRAK Southern/Smokey Mtn/Mid East Touring Series Championship was different than that of even one year ago.
