To whoever wants to know.... I spoke with Chris today. I went to UAB hospital to visit him. He is still in some major pain, but he is in good spirits. This morning his mom told me the doctors found another broken place in his lower left leg, and there were problems with his left knee, so he now has to deal with those along with the broken femur, broken arm, collapsed lung, and few broken ribs. He is set to have surgery on his arm sometime Friday. He has one whale of a road to travel onto his recovery with the injuries...but it is OBVIOUS he's in good spirits and he's gonna do what it takes to get well, where he can get back on the track with all of us. He sent word with me to tell everyone hello and thanks for thinkin about and prayin for him.

Ronnie:
Thanks for letting us know that Chris is home. Special prayers are being said for him daily at the school where I work. The kids call me "Racing Lady" and when they heard about the accident they put him in their prayers. Will look forward to seeing him back on the track. Take care.
