Caution was thrown when you stopped rolling. Yes you were slow, and up against the wall--but still rolling but not for two laps. And also no signal was given by you--such as waving out the window that your engine was not running.

uhhh no it wasnt i was stopped and the red #9 went by twice under green, and yes i did let everybody know that i had problems. even the flagman came to me at the pay window and apologized for not throwing the yellow when i stopped because the race director had gotten on to him about it for throwing it for another car and that they were hoping i would re-fire and go on, but cars dont run with a valve missing. the flagman even said he saw me waving so bark up another tree

Then why do you ask a question on this board when you already know the answer? ?

because this is a public board and i wanted an explanation from someone higher up than the flagman as to why they would rather risk a major problem than not getting the races in before the rain. Also i didnt want an email to where i was the only one who could see it, i want all the drivers to see what they said about that decision. and beleive me i wish i would have never had this happen because i would have loved to have gotten out of the way or better yet not had a engine problem at all.
