2009 Weekly Championship to Reward Top 50
An increase of 20 positions

Carnesville, GA (Feb-6) With a slumping economy which currently portrays an appearance perhaps not seen in two generations, the FASTRAK Racing Series announced today its plans to increase the payout in the FASTRAK National Weekly Championship. In 2008, the inaugural year of its namesake, the FASTRAK Racing Series City Chevrolet National Weekly Championship, the top 30 in the year end points were rewarded. 2009 will see an increase in the national point fund whereby an additional 20 race teams will be recognized and rewarded for being amongst the 50 best Late Model drivers in country.
