where are the rules for bama bash and top guns??? seems like this would be the first thing to get straight, someone better change something at that track or there are gonna be alot of tore up race cars.. no room to pass coming out of turn 2 and no room for error, whos bright idea was it for the water barrels on the back straight aways ( it cost us alot in damages that the barrell did) no caution flags being thrown for cars coming on the tracks, and no explanation from track officials after they seen our car destroyed by the barrels i guess our last name is not fitting for his preference,,,, gv has to many chiefs and not enough indians and you get the vibe from the start in drivers meeting like....no one cares or gives a crap about anything and if u ask questions you get the response like you are a bother to them (with the exception of dennis himself)but mr smith is gonna ruin your numbers!!! anyway seems to me blind are leading the blind dont get me wrong gv is top notch on facilities, concessions and those people who work those areas are extremely nice! but talk to your drivers erack owner from week to week and get their input on some things thats why your stands are empty most of the time, at least you are bringing late models back next year that is a plus!

Whose idea was it to move the Features to Sunday night at 6:00? I'm sure that will knock alot of people out of coming that have a long drive home and have to work on Monday.Features were over around 7pm at this years Bama Bash......

Well I would imagine that those barrels would feel better then the wall, but after that car, i believe it was the 5 car, hit them why did they move them? Seems like they should have never had them there to begin with.

Rules will be posted within a week or so as Tim & I are meeting to put the final touches on them in the next few days. I don't expect many if any changes from last years.

You could be right about the Chiefs and Indians and the barrels turned out to be a questionable idea too. Not sure where the idea that Super Late Models will be back every week came from, but that may or may not be true, I am not sure yet. Also, if anybody who works at Green Valley gives any driver or fan the impression that they are not appreciated, I would personally like to hear about it through a personal message. I can assure you that is not my feeling as I appreciate all fans & drivers and will accept nothing less from a Chief or & Indian at the Valley. The Final Bama Bash Features being run at 6 PM is my idea and it probably would have been yours too, if you had as many drivers complain about daytime racing as I have and that isn't just daytime racing at GVS. Doesn't Rome run on Sunday nights and pack the stands, in fact I think they do this several times a year, so I assumed that one time a year at GVS wouldn't be out of line?

The practice of posting personal greveinces on the internet without communicating through personal message first is counter productive. It makes me wonder if sometimes the purpose is more to get attention rather than to solve an issue? Next time please try a personal message first!

I am not a big fan of day racing just cause the track tends to dry out and turn to a dust bowl if we ain't had any rain in a while.I am sure you guys remember the last dust bowl they had.You couldn't see the cars from the back straight wall and that was before the snake was installed.Lets pray for a good wet spell just before the bash to get the clay ready.Nothing the track can do about it really and this race is WAY too big and long to be held at night only unless you fellers like being there till sun up.
