What does everybody think about the racing schedule? Its going to be a little difficult but also different. If you wanna race I guess you have to race when you can!!!!

i think it will be hard to make a friday night race.most people i know work for a living and cant make it to the track in time to race.maybe i can make in time to watch anyway because i think the track will be nice when they finish it!

We like the idea of racing on friday nights but do not like the sunday deal. Once they go to sundays they will loose 3 cars as 2 of them drive truck for a living and will not be able to even make it to watch if they have to leave sunday morning or afternoon to leave to go deliver for monday morning. We were talking about changing back to race here. But we may stay racing at Boyds depending on what the changes are gonna be there from what I have been informed the track has also been sold and they are renovating it also. So we are now up in the air about everything. I just can't wait to start racing once again.

I alright with the racing on Friday nights, but once they swap to sundays I won't be able to race up there. Thats a long way from Rome Georgia to travel to race, and when the race ends at 12am or so Alabama time. I just don't have time to get back, and get enough sleep for work the next morning. I am looking forward to racing up there though. We stoped by and looked at the track, and they have done a lot of work. Can't wait to see how fast the new track is going to be.

I talked to Mike Vaughn at length the other night and he seems to have a real good plan but living in Chattanooga and having to go to work most Sat. mornings at 5:00 a.m. and them starting at 9:00 I dont see me doing that alot. I will go to the big races other wise I will be at Boyds and home by 11:00 fast time the mountain will hardly be done with hot laps.
