My hats off to the GVS team for getting the show on and over. Nice job to you all. Best races were open wheel and mod pony. Crate guys need driving lessons. I hear Mac Daddy has a school for you boys. Tough one Paul looked like you had em covered until the smoke came boiling out. I missed the SLM and will have to consider their absence for my future entertainment dollar. The crate class has tons of potential to be entertaining and exciting but too many bad drivers. For those of you wanting to see wrecks that's your ticket.

For those of you wanting to see wrecks that's your ticket. I don't think the crate guys need driving lessons and I know there are not hardly any bad drivers. I mean look who was in that class Saturday night... Chris Noah, Gathan Burns, Jackson Hale, Jason Hiett, Greg Chumley, Kasey Hall to name a few. And I am sure alot of people will agree that these guys can drive a race car. One of the reasons it was a "WRECKFEST" is because the leader (who most of time is a good driver) couldn't decide when it was time for a restart, if he wanted to go or slam on his brakes and then it turned into a bigger problem when he did it 3 more times and course the other problem would be whoever was on the raceciever making the calls if there was any, letting it continue.

~i have to agree in the crate race it was a little rediculas(spelling?)! most of the drivers in the class have been around a track a time or too and won a time or 2, now considering everyone has their moments when they screw up or have a bad night, but this by no means is why there was so many wrecks.tom maddox jumped one time the 1st week and got put backwards but blake can cause that many cautions and pilke ups and not get anythin done, somthings wrong. now im not just pickin on him bc he can drive but dang. and i dont know what was up with ppl supposed to be scorin, they moved a car up 4 spots and let him stay but when they called em to pick there spot for the restart over the raceciever they called him out where he was supposed to be but never made him go there. iknow its only the 2nd race because of the rain and all but they have ALOT of bugs to work out in every catagory! ~

Just my opinion, but I don't see anything that Blake did wrong. Its my understanding that he doesn't have to fire until the chalk line in four. So if the guys behind him fire off before he does and cause a wreck, its not his fault. No one is supposed to go before he does. Besides, thats racing, you never know whats gonna happen. Hats off to Blake for driving an awesome race!! ;D

First let me apologize to anyone in the crate race who's car got torn up. I can promise you that I did not intend on anyones equipment getting hurt. I only started at the line because I did not want to be called for jumping the start. I was told not to start more than 2 car lengths before the line. If anyones stuff got torn up because of me just let me know & I will help you fix it, if you want me to. Further more if I do have the opportunity to be leading another race I will roll the restart faster, I promise. The last thing that I want is to make an enemy with any driver or fan. If you don't know me just ask someone that does, I would give you the shirt off my back to help a fellow racer. Again, I say if how I started the race caused anyone problems I am sorry.

~hats off to you blake for standin up and being a true man and racer, youve had a terrific season so far with much more potential! good luck! and no one said he was jumpin or not jumpin restarts. if you were watchin the same race i was you would have seen his nose lift up when hed fire, nose dive back down when he let off the gas, then lift up again refiring! this my friends is what caused the wrecks! this is not the 1st time nor will it be the last time its a known way of starting when you were in single file, wait till you feel the person behind you bump you then you know they are on the brakes then fire, but its a lil more harsh when you have em doubled way back behind you. but that was last week its all over with now just maybe it wont happen again and if it does the ppl who are supposed to say somthin will! good luck to everyone this week whereever you maybe goinand hopefully things get better at gvs!!!~

Blake I don't know you at all but I noticed that you started rolling faster on restarts Saturday night. One time at restart someone was so far under you I thought they were going to lift you off the ground. I don't know anyone that can stop that stuff but the drivers. That is twice this year this class has been a wreck fest. Either there are a few being too aggressive or some are not driving up to their skill level. I suspect that some are getting over aggressive out of frustration over calls, or lack thereof, they disagree with. This class will be fun to watch if the wrecking can slow a bit.
