Great 50 lap championship race at Sugar Creek .

Friday night July 15th at Sugar Creek Raceway in Blue Ridge Ga,I had the pleasure of watching one of the best late model races that I have ever seen! T-31 Shane Tankersley and, 53 Ray Cook were side by side for the lead for just about the whole race.I finally lost count of how many times they actually swaped the lead from each other.Finally Shane managed to get around Ray with just a few laps left and take the checkerd flag in the special 50 lap $3,000 to win championship race.Way to go Tank! After the race I got to meet Shane.Really cool guy to talk to.
