This season prices on more than one thing has gone up.If you race you know what Im talking about.($4gallon,tires,etc...).It wont be long dirt racing will be out of reach for many people.The people who make the sport what it is.I love seeing a local driver,who spends everything he makes on racing,out run the big dogs,you know the big money boys.The people Im talking about are RACERS,people who consider racing their first love.To me that is what its all about.If prices of things keep going up the sport will get away from what makes it special,the grass roots racer.The only people that will able to race is people that have more money than balls.You know what Im talking about.Some people dont share the same passion for it,they do it for the wrong reasons.There are drivers that have money that share the same love for the sport ,but they are few far and between.The ones I know started with the same love and determination that I have been talking about .The point Im trying to make is I would like to see TST raise the pay out in the crate class.The price of living and racing has gone up and peoples pay checks and pay outs have stayed the same.I promise you this,Im not the only one that sees it like that.I have the same conversation every weekend in the pits.I hope who ever reads this will see like I see it.I dont want to see the sport I love lose the thing that makes it special in many peoples eyes,Its roots
