Tired of the favorites at Dixie and Rome and interested in helping on a local race team? Winter is upon us and the season is winding down and we need some help!!! Reason I'm on Dixie's forum is that our shop is in the Woodstock area. Interested??? Let me know.

If theres politics at Dixie,at least they cant be as bad as Nascar.I cant stand Nascar anymore.Iam for dirt only. Some of the best times of my life have been at Dixie Speedway.

We've started running a little track in Ala. (Hollis Speedway). They seem to get around 5 to 10 sportsman car on any given sat show. Sportsman is the highest class there. No scales, any size motor as long as it is steel and wet sump, open tires!! Just as we like it Come big or stay at home!! Ran about 10 shows there this year and have had 6 wins and 2 seconds and 2 thirds. We will most likely start the 2006 season there also.

We don't like Dixie/ Rome for that same reason. Also they don't pay crap. We run at Talladega, Green Valley, and Thunder Mountain. Sounds like you are doing good at Hollis. Good luck find some help. GFG
