Luther Jenkins Collects first Career Super Late Model win at Dixie Speedway Woodstock, GA. In only his sixth Super Late Model race since moving up from the Limited Late Model division, Luther Jekins collected his first ever Super Late Model win Saturday night at Dixie Speedway by leading every lap of the feature event.
Shane Fulcher was second ahead of Ken Rupp. Lee Sutton and Jake Herrell rounded out the top five.
In the first time ever “Super LatE Model Vs Limited Late Model” Challenge, Sam Simmons, a Limited Late Model driver, went home with the win. Jason Smith was second. Shane Fulcher was third with Ken Rupp and Bobby Tucker rounding out the top five.
Michael Page won the Limited Late Model race followed by Bobby Tucker. Sam Simmons was third, Jason Smith fourth, and Oliver Gentry fifth.
The Sportsman feature event was won by Richard Thomas. JJ Nye finished second. Third – fifth place finishers were Jimmy Fetterman, Michael Brewer, and Alan Brewer.
Chris Sizemore won the Super Bomber feature. Spence Rackley finished second ahead of Joey Kendall.
Randy Tatum was fourth with Howard Martin in fifth.
In the Econo Bomber race, the win went to Jimmy Wakefield. Second – fifth place finishers were Justin Shipley, Randy Smith, Daniel Brewer and Tony Newman.
The team of Timmy Johnson won the Cruiser division race. Second place went to the team of Nichole Gagnon, with the team of Eric Neese in third. Fourth and fifth place teams were Darrin Voyles and Rusty Shuttlesworth.
Dixie Speedway’s next event is this Saturday night, June 16 featuring a full racing program and the 1st leg points championship races.
